More of us watch the units at night than sell them.
Software is the visible part of a tracking company. Most of the work is a fitter in a yard at two in the morning and someone noticing that a truck in Jubail went quiet. So this page is about the people, where they are, and whether there are enough of them.

Nine years, one vehicle at a time
2025 added 6,400 vehicles, 21% growth, and 2026 has added 5,300 so far. The rate has fallen in each of the last five full years. A company this size that still grew like a startup would be one where the fitters had stopped sleeping, and we would rather be the other kind.

One support engineer for every 1,300 vehicles, one engineer for every 945. Sales is the smallest team in the company on purpose: the pricing page answers what a salesperson used to.

Network operations sits only in Riyadh, and that is a single point of failure we know about. The night shift can run from the Jeddah office on laptops; it has done so twice, and both times it was slower.
Are there enough fitters?
27 of them, and they are not busy every night — on purpose. Ordinary work is new vehicles and replacements, plus call-outs to units already fitted. What is left is the room a new customer lands in.
A 200-vehicle fleet inside two weeks holds in every region. Past 345 vehicles in Dammam, it does not, and we move fitters from Riyadh rather than tell you it will take a month.
Assumes 200 working nights a fitter, 8% of units replaced a year, 0.18 call-outs a vehicle, 8 fits a night, and a rollout over 12 nights. Every vehicle counted as the slowest unit to fit.

What we hold ourselves to
Values pages are cheap. Each of these has a page on this site where you can check whether we did it.
Prices are published
Per vehicle, with the volume bands. Nobody has to sit through a call to learn a number.
Check: PricingOutages are public
Ninety days of history and every incident written up, including the embarrassing ones.
Check: StatusEvery page says where it is weak
A product page without its limits is an advert. Ours end with what the feature cannot do.
Check: Hardware, for exampleYour data leaves with you
Full history as CSV or Parquet, no exit fee, and the units on your vehicles pointed wherever you name.
Check: Ownership termsNo customer named without consent
Stories by sector and size, and the one that did not work for its customer printed next to the ones that did.
Check: CustomersWe argue against our own features
Remote immobilisation ships because customers ask, and the page says we would rather you did not buy it.
