4 jobs, and the number behind each one.

We do not hire ahead of a reason. Every opening below exists because a figure on our own about page says we are short somewhere — and that figure is what the person hired will be measured against. The pay is published too.

SQ-FIT-DMM · Field

Vehicle fitter, Dammam

Nights, Sunday–Thursday · 8 hours in the yard

SAR 7,500–10,500
a month, before allowances

Why this role is open

Dammam has 7 fitters and the least room of any region: a new fleet of more than 345 vehicles cannot be fitted there in two weeks without borrowing people from Riyadh. One more fitter takes that to 441.

The hard part

It is night work, outdoors, in the Eastern Province in August. We provide the transport, the tools and a cooled van, and it is still hot.

The work

  • About 8 installs a night, concealed and photographed, in customers' yards across Dammam, Khobar and Jubail.
  • Call-outs to units already fitted: a swapped probe, a unit a mechanic unplugged, a trailer tag that fell off.
  • Commissioning every input before you leave, because nobody will come back to check it.

The practical

A real install on a truck in our Dammam yard, with a fitter watching. Wiring neatness counts as much as whether it works.

SQ-NOC-JED · Operations

Network operations analyst, Jeddah

Rotating shifts, including nights · 4 on, 3 off

SAR 9,000–13,000
a month, before allowances

Why this role is open

All 26 people in network operations sit in Riyadh. The about page calls that a single point of failure, and this is the first of four hires that turn it into two sites.

The hard part

Most nights nothing happens, and the job is to still be paying attention when something does.

The work

  • Watching for the units that stopped talking, and deciding in minutes whether it is a dead zone, a workshop or a theft.
  • Calling a driver, a yard or a customer's security lead at three in the morning, in Arabic and in English.
  • Writing up what happened so the status page and the customer hear the same story.

The practical

An hour with a replayed night from our own logs — anonymised — and a conversation about what you would have done and when.

SQ-SUP-RUH · Support

Support engineer, Riyadh

Business hours, with one on-call week in six

SAR 11,000–16,000
a month, before allowances

Why this role is open

There is one support engineer for every 1,300 vehicles. Growth last year added 6,400, so holding that ratio takes about 5 hires a year, and this is one of them.

The hard part

Customers arrive angry about a vehicle that is often fine. Being right is not the job; being useful is.

The work

  • Answering tickets with an engineer's answer, inside the four business hours the support page promises.
  • Reading raw unit data — voltages, fixes, bus frames — to tell a fault from a misunderstanding.
  • Turning the third ticket about the same thing into a fix, a guide or a changed default.

The practical

Three real tickets, with the data attached. We care about what you would ask before what you would answer.

SQ-ENG-THM · Engineering

Hardware engineer, thermal, Riyadh

Business hours · test days in the field in summer

SAR 18,000–26,000
a month, before allowances

Why this role is open

The asset tag has 6°C between its design peak and the rating of its parts — the thinnest margin in the lineup, published on the hardware page. The next tag has to widen it without a bigger cell.

The hard part

Every improvement is measured in single degrees and months of test data, and the summer only comes once a year.

The work

  • Enclosure, mounting and cell choices for units that live on a dark trailer roof for years.
  • Instrumenting real vehicles in July and August, because the chamber is not the Kingdom.
  • Deciding what we write on the hardware page, including the parts that make the product look worse.

The practical

A paid half-day design review of one of our current units, with its thermal data. Capped at four hours; we pay for it.

A fitter's night, to the minute

The same arithmetic we use to promise customers a rollout date: 8 installs at 55 minutes each, including the walk to the vehicle and the paperwork. It adds up to 1,600 vehicles a year from one person.

21:30 06:20
  1. 21:30 Handover, van check, route 30 min
  2. 22:00 Install 1 55 min
  3. 22:55 Install 2 55 min
  4. 23:50 Install 3 55 min
  5. 00:45 Install 4 55 min
  6. 01:40 Break 40 min
  7. 02:20 Install 5 55 min
  8. 03:15 Install 6 55 min
  9. 04:10 Install 7 55 min
  10. 05:05 Install 8 55 min
  11. 06:00 Photos uploaded, van restocked 20 min

Finished before the first trucks leave the yard, which is the whole reason the shift is at night. On an Advanced unit the same night holds two or three vehicles, not eight.

Before you apply

The bands are real
Every offer lands inside the published range. If we think you are worth more, we change the band for everyone in the role.
Nights are nights
Fitters and operations work when vehicles are parked. There is a night allowance on top of the band, and it does not make 3 a.m. feel like noon.
Arabic matters in some roles
Required for operations and fitters, because drivers and yard managers are who you talk to. Useful elsewhere, not required.
No remote fitters
Obviously. Engineering and support can work two days a week from home inside the Kingdom.

184 people look after 41,600 vehicles. Where they sit and what they do.
