How does billing actually work?
Devices are invoiced once, when they ship. The subscription is quoted per vehicle per month because that is how fleets budget, but it is invoiced a year at a time in advance and renews annually.
Can we use hardware we already have?
Often, yes — we read the protocols used by most units already fitted across the Kingdom, so a mixed fleet can migrate gradually instead of over one weekend. Send us the model numbers and we will tell you honestly what carries over and what does not.
What happens as we grow mid-year?
Vehicles added during a year are pro-rated to your renewal date, and if they push you into a lower band the new rate applies to the whole fleet from that renewal. We do not wait for you to notice and ask.
What is not included?
Fuel and temperature probes are fitted hardware and priced separately, because most fleets only need them on part of the fleet. Everything on your plan's row in the table above is in the per-vehicle rate.
Can we mix plans across the fleet?
Yes. Put the top plan on the reefers and the tractors that need cameras, the entry plan on the service vans. You are billed per vehicle at that vehicle's plan, and the volume band is calculated across the whole fleet.
Is VAT included?
No — every figure on this page excludes VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on your invoice.
